WHO ARE WE?
Reind Brackman founded BEO (Brackman Electronics & Optics) in 1986 and Trekwerk in 1999. BEO represented Compulite in the Benelux, selling and servicing light tables. Trekwerk responded to the massive change in the Dutch theater world; all theaters were obligated to replace manual fly systems with mechanical fly systems.
CueSupport started out as a department of Trekwerk, handling all service and support questions from clients and growing bigger very quickly. Clients were enthousiastic about how well support was delivered, one of the many reasons Trekwerk became such a successful company.
We, as CueSupport, provide you with high quality inspection and maintenance. We are committed to your needs and expectations, and believe that our technical knowledge and innovative mindset makes us the best reference for stage technology! Our priority is building internal and external long-lasting strong relationships, based on mutual trust. Our 24/7 helpdesk and online remote support are perfect examples of this.
WHAT DO WE DO?
As mentioned, we are the service and support company within the BEO group. We have TÜV certified (GÜV 912) inspectors, a 24/7 helpdesk, online remote support system and ensure reparations and pre-emptive replacements.
Furthermore, CueSupport is responsible for TNM training and system training for operators and students. These trainings are mandatory when switching to the TNM system because we value quality and safety and want our users to feel confident whilst operating the TNM.
CueSupport offers each Trekwerk theater a SLA (Service Contract), ensuring your theaters safety and performances. The SLA can be adjusted to your wishes and extra safety options are available. For example, a Show Stop Insurance can be included and involvement of theater technicians during maintenance is ensured.
